Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal policy for the Cosmic Journal of Arts and Humanities is as follows:

  • Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time before it is published in the journal.
  • To withdraw a manuscript, authors must send a written request to the journal editor, explaining the reason for their withdrawal.
  • If a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, authors may be charged a withdrawal fee. The amount of the fee will depend on the stage of the publication process at which the manuscript is withdrawn.

Please note that the Cosmic Journal of Arts and Humanities is a peer-reviewed journal. This means that all manuscripts are subjected to a rigorous review process before they are accepted for publication. As a result, the withdrawal of a manuscript may delay the publication of other manuscripts in the queue.

If you have any questions about the withdrawal policy, please contact the journal editor.

Here are some additional details about the withdrawal fee:

  • The withdrawal fee will be waived if the manuscript is withdrawn before it has been sent to reviewers.
  • If the manuscript has been sent to reviewers, the withdrawal fee will be 25% of the article processing charge (APC).
  • If the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the withdrawal fee will be 50% of the APC.
  • If the manuscript has been published online, the withdrawal fee will be 100% of the APC.

Please note that the APC is a fee that authors are required to pay to have their manuscript published in the journal. The APC is used to cover the costs of publishing the journal, such as peer review, editing, and production.
