Withdrawal Policy

The Cosmic Journal of Biology (CJB) has a clear and concise withdrawal policy in place to ensure the integrity of the publication process and to protect the rights of authors and readers.

Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time prior to publication without penalty. However, once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, it may only be withdrawn with the express permission of the Editor-in-Chief.

Requests to withdraw an accepted manuscript must be made in writing to the Editor-in-Chief. The request should state the reason for withdrawal and should be accompanied by a signed statement from all authors of the manuscript.

The Editor-in-Chief will consider all requests to withdraw an accepted manuscript on a case-by-case basis. If the request is approved, the manuscript will be removed from publication and all associated publication fees will be refunded.

If a manuscript is withdrawn after the publication process has begun, the author(s) may be liable for any incurred costs. This includes the cost of printing and distributing the manuscript, as well as any other associated costs.

The CJB Editorial Board reserves the right to withdraw any manuscript from publication at any time, for any reason. This may include cases where the manuscript is found to be plagiarized, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.

If you have any questions about the CJB withdrawal policy, please contact the Editor-in-Chief.
