The Cosmic Journal of Arts and Humanities has a no-refund policy for all article submission fees. This is because the journal incurs costs associated with the peer review process, even if an article is not accepted for publication.
However, the journal will make an exception to this policy if an article is withdrawn before it has been assigned to a peer reviewer. In this case, the journal will refund 50% of the submission fee.
Please note that the journal does not offer refunds for articles that are rejected after peer review.
