Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Policy for Cosmic Journal of Chemistry

Authors may withdraw their manuscripts from the Cosmic Journal of Chemistry at any time prior to publication. However, once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, it may only be withdrawn with the permission of the Editor-in-Chief.

To withdraw a manuscript, the corresponding author must send a written request to the Editor-in-Chief, stating the reason for the withdrawal. The request should be sent as soon as possible after the decision to withdraw has been made.

If a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author may be required to pay any associated costs, such as page charges or editorial processing fees.

Here are some additional details about the withdrawal policy:

  • Authors may withdraw their manuscripts at any time prior to publication, without penalty.
  • Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, it may only be withdrawn with the permission of the Editor-in-Chief.
  • Authors who withdraw their manuscripts after acceptance may be required to pay associated costs, such as page charges or editorial processing fees.

If you have any questions about the withdrawal policy, please contact the Editor-in-Chief of the Cosmic Journal of Chemistry.
