Withdrawal Policy

The Cosmic Journal of Languages (CJL) withdrawal policy is as follows:

  • Authors may withdraw their manuscripts at any time before the manuscript has been accepted for publication. There is no fee for withdrawing a manuscript before it is accepted.
  • Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, it may only be withdrawn with the permission of the Editor-in-Chief. If an author wishes to withdraw an accepted manuscript, they must submit a written request to the Editor-in-Chief explaining their reasons for withdrawal. The Editor-in-Chief will then decide whether or not to grant permission for the withdrawal.
  • If an author withdraws an accepted manuscript after the production process has begun, they may be charged a fee to cover the costs incurred by the journal. The amount of the fee will be determined by the Editor-in-Chief.
  • If an author withdraws an accepted manuscript after it has been published online, the manuscript will be removed from the journal's website. However, the manuscript may still be cited in other publications, and the author will retain copyright of the manuscript.
