Introduction

The "COSMIC JOURNAL OF NURSING AND HEALTH STUDIES" (CJNHS) is committed to preserving its digital content for future generations. This archiving policy outlines the procedures for archiving the journal's digital content, including manuscripts, articles, and other related materials.

CJNHS will archive its digital content on an annual basis. This means that all digital content published in a given year will be archived at the end of that year.

Metadata

CJNHS will create metadata for all archived digital content. Metadata is data about data, and it is essential for ensuring that archived content is discoverable and usable by future researchers and scholars.

The metadata for CJNHS's archived digital content will include the following information:

  • The title of the publication
  • The date of publication
  • The author(s) of the publication
  • The keywords for the publication
  • The abstract of the publication

Access

CJNHS will make its archived digital content freely available to the public. This means that anyone will be able to access and read the journal's archived content without cost. CJNHS will also make its archived digital content available to repositories such as PubMed Central and JSTOR.
