Withdrawal Policy Of COSMIC JOURNAL OF RELIGIOUS STUDIES

Authors may withdraw their manuscripts from the COSMIC JOURNAL OF RELIGIOUS STUDIES at any time prior to publication. To withdraw a manuscript, the author must submit a written request to the Editor-in-Chief.

If an author withdraws a manuscript after it has been accepted for publication, the journal may charge the author a withdrawal fee. The withdrawal fee is calculated based on the costs incurred by the journal in processing the manuscript up to the point of withdrawal.

In the following cases, the journal may waive the withdrawal fee:

  • The author withdraws the manuscript due to an unforeseen circumstance, such as a medical emergency or a death in the family.
  • The author withdraws the manuscript because they have discovered a significant error in the manuscript.
  • The author withdraws the manuscript because they have received a better offer from another journal.

To request a waiver of the withdrawal fee, the author must submit a written request to the Editor-in-Chief, explaining the reason for their withdrawal.The Editor-in-Chief will review all requests for waivers on a case-by-case basis.Authors who withdraw their manuscripts from the COSMIC JOURNAL OF RELIGIOUS STUDIES may not submit the same manuscript to another journal for publication without the written permission of the Editor-in-Chief of the COSMIC JOURNAL OF RELIGIOUS STUDIES.

Please note that the COSMIC JOURNAL OF RELIGIOUS STUDIES reserves the right to publish any manuscript that has been accepted for publication, even if the author withdraws the manuscript.
