This Withdrawal Policy outlines the procedures for withdrawing manuscripts from the journal at any stage of the review and publication process.
2. Grounds for Withdrawal
Manuscripts may be withdrawn from the CJNHS for the following reasons:
-
Duplication: If a manuscript is found to be a duplicate of a previously published work or is under consideration for publication elsewhere, it may be withdrawn.
-
Plagiarism: If a manuscript is found to contain plagiarized material, it may be withdrawn.
-
Fabrication or Falsification of Data: If a manuscript is found to contain fabricated or falsified data, it may be withdrawn.
-
Ethical Concerns: If a manuscript is found to raise ethical concerns, it may be withdrawn.
-

3. Procedure for Withdrawal
To withdraw a manuscript, the corresponding author must submit a written request to the journal editor. The request should include the manuscript title, author names, and reason for withdrawal.
4. Timing of Withdrawal
Manuscripts may be withdrawn at any stage of the review and publication process. However, manuscripts that have been accepted for publication may incur page charges if they are withdrawn after the typesetting process has begun.
5. Consequences of Withdrawal
Withdrawn manuscripts will not be published in the CJNHS. However, authors may submit their revised manuscripts to the journal for re-evaluation at a later date.
