Waiver Eligibility

Al Noor provides a waiver policy to ensure equitable access to its services and publications for individuals or organizations facing financial or other qualifying constraints. Eligibility for a waiver may be considered for students, researchers, authors from underrepresented regions, or applicants experiencing genuine financial hardship. Requests for waivers must be submitted with appropriate supporting documentation and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a waiver does not guarantee full exemption, as partial waivers may also be granted depending on the circumstances.
