Al Noor allows authors or participants to withdraw their submitted work under specific conditions, ensuring a fair and transparent process. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing before the work has been formally published or disseminated. Once a withdrawal request is received, it will be reviewed and acknowledged, and any associated fees or obligations will be addressed according to the stage of processing. Withdrawals after publication are generally not permitted, except in exceptional circumstances that are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Al Noor reserves the right to maintain records of withdrawn submissions and to enforce policies that protect the integrity of its publication and services.
