Withdrawal Policy
The withdrawal policy for the Cosmic Journal of Social Sciences is as follows:
- Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time before it is accepted for publication.
- Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, authors may withdraw it only with the permission of the Editor-in-Chief.
- If a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author(s) may be charged a withdrawal fee to cover the costs of the editorial process.
To withdraw a manuscript, the author(s) must submit a written request to the Editor-in-Chief, explaining the reasons for the withdrawal. The Editor-in-Chief will then review the request and decide whether or not to approve the withdrawal.
If the withdrawal is approved, the manuscript will be removed from the journal's publication queue and any further processing will be stopped. If the withdrawal is not approved, the manuscript will remain in the publication queue and will be processed normally.
In addition to the above, the Cosmic Journal of Social Sciences also has the following policies in place:
- Authors who withdraw their manuscript after it has been accepted for publication may be ineligible to submit manuscripts to the journal in the future.
- Authors who withdraw their manuscript after it has been published in the journal may be required to publish a corrigendum or retraction notice in the journal.
The Cosmic Journal of Social Sciences encourages authors to carefully consider their decision before submitting a manuscript for publication. The journal also encourages authors to communicate with the Editor-in-Chief if they have any questions or concerns about the withdrawal process.
