Copyright and Publishing Rights

Unique Endeavor in Business & Social Sciences (UEBSS) is committed to safeguarding the intellectual property rights of authors while ensuring the widest possible dissemination of scholarly work. The journal operates under a transparent copyright framework that balances author ownership with the journal’s responsibility to publish, distribute, and preserve academic content in accordance with international publishing standards.

Authors who publish with UEBSS retain full copyright of their work. By submitting a manuscript and agreeing to publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, irrevocable right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and archive the article in all formats and media, including print and electronic platforms. This arrangement allows authors to maintain ownership of their intellectual contributions while enabling the journal to manage publication, indexing, and long-term preservation effectively.

The publishing rights granted to UEBSS include the authority to make the work available through open-access platforms, institutional repositories, indexing services, and academic databases. Author names, affiliations, abstracts, and bibliographic metadata may be freely used for citation, discovery, and academic reference purposes. Such use is strictly limited to scholarly communication and does not infringe upon the moral rights of the authors.

Authors are permitted to reuse, share, and distribute their published work for academic, educational, and non-commercial purposes, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the original publication in Unique Endeavor in Business & Social Sciences. Any substantial modification, commercial exploitation, or third-party reuse beyond the agreed licensing terms requires prior written consent from both the author and the journal, where applicable.

UEBSS takes all reasonable measures to protect published content against copyright infringement and unethical reuse. In cases of alleged copyright violation or misuse, the journal reserves the right to investigate the matter and take appropriate corrective action, including issuing notices, corrections, or retractions if necessary. By publishing in UEBSS, authors confirm that their submission is original, does not infringe upon the rights of others, and complies fully with this Copyright and Publishing Rights policy, reinforcing the journal’s commitment to ethical, responsible, and transparent academic publishing.
